Range:

  • DN 150-2000
  • PN 10-16-25
  • PN 40 until DN 1400

The EUROSTOP Butterfly Valve by PAM Saint-Gobain is engineered to provide uncompromising performance in water supply, irrigation, and industrial applications. Designed with a double eccentric configuration and a resilient seat, it ensures a 100% leak-proof bi-directional seal while significantly extending the operational life of the components.

Key Advantages

  • Low Operating Torque: The double offset design reduces friction between the gasket and the seat during operation, allowing for smaller actuators and lower maintenance costs.
  • Superior Corrosion Resistance: All ductile iron components (Body and Disc) feature a high-quality epoxy powder coating (min. 250 μm) according to EN 14901 standards.
  • Maintenance-Free Sealing: The automatic EPDM gasket design ensures perfect tightness. The stainless steel AISI 316L seat is integrated into the body to resist erosion and wear.
  • Built for Durability: Compliant with EN 1074-1 & 2 and EN 593, ensuring long-term reliability in critical infrastructure.

Versatile Configurations

The EUROSTOP series is designed to adapt to any installation requirement:

  • Manual: Equipped with a high-efficiency gearbox and handwheel.
  • Motorizable: Ready for automation with a standard ISO 5210 top flange.
  • Motorized: Fully integrated with electric actuators (e.g., AUMA IP68) for remote control.
  • Buried Service: Specific configurations available with telescopic extension spindles and protection accessories for underground installation.

Applications

  • Water Supply & Distribution: Potable water networks and pumping stations.
  • Irrigation: Large-scale agricultural water management.
  • Hydro-Power: Flow control and isolation in hydroelectric plants.
  • Industrial Plants: Reliable isolation for cooling and process water.
